Általános virágföld
(horticultural soil) is the melting point of the soft, dirty but colourful and
hysteric worlds of Lea and Cili. Friends since years, or sisters, we want to
collaborate for the very first time in an interactive performance that mixes
sound, poetry in various languages and visual arts. This performance will be a search for the
origins of our roots and will explore how, as both hungarian artists, we aim to
cultivate flourishing relationships in a late capitalist and patriarchal
society. We will get our hands
dirty, growing thorns and let the anarchist flowers blossom in the mud. After
the performance we would like to open a space for reflection, storytelling and
discussion about the topic roots and home.”
